Privacy: your household stays in your browser
How Ramadanfold handles your household: your city, your children's names and ages and your location stay in your browser and are never sent anywhere.

What you type
Ramadanfold asks for what a pack needs: your city or coordinates, the month and the method, a name for the cover, your children's names and ages, the names of the people reading, and your choices. Children's names and ages are personal, so they are treated that way: they never leave your device. There is no field for an email, a photo or anything else.
Your location
The site never asks for your location by itself. If you choose Use my location, your browser asks your permission, and the answer is used on this page only, to fill in the coordinates, and kept in this browser like everything else. A link copied from the timetable page names a city from the list, the month and the method, never coordinates and never a name.
What stays on your device
Every time, chart and reading plan is worked out in your browser, and the PDF, the picture and the calendar file are made there too. There is no server side to this site: it is a set of static files. Nothing you type, save or print is transmitted anywhere.
Your household is written to your browser's own local storage, under keys beginning with fastingpack and nowhere else (one of them is a short test that storage works, removed straight away). It belongs to one browser on one device: it does not follow you to another computer, it is not backed up by us, and nobody else can read it. Clearing site data for this site removes it permanently. Use Save a backup file to keep a copy; that file is saved wherever you choose and is yours to keep or delete.
No accounts
There is no sign up, no sign in, no email capture and no password. Every page, including the pack builder and the print, works without identifying yourself in any way.
What is collected
No account, no advertising identifiers, and nothing you enter. Standard web server logs kept by the static host may record the request for a page, its time and a network address, in the ordinary way any web server records a request.
Page counts
If page visit counting is switched on for this site, visits are counted through Cloudflare. The count sets no cookie, cannot follow you to another site, and records that a page was opened, never what you typed.
Payments
No paid plan is offered at present; if one is added, this page will describe it.
Typeface
Headings are set in Amiri by the Amiri Project Authors, and the PDF in Fraunces by Undercase Type, both under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Both are served from this site, so no font service sees your visit. The licence sits beside them at /fonts/OFL.txt.
Cookies
Ramadanfold sets no cookies of its own and carries no advertising or cross site tracking scripts.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected, the change will appear on this page.
